William "Bill" Steve Braden

William Steve “Bill” Braden, 87, husband of 64 years to Annie McCannon Braden, died Wednesday, August 28, 2020.

A native of Stone Mountain, Bill was the son of the late Rufus and Blanche Davis Braden.  He was also preceded in death by three sisters: Lucille Brownlee, Mary Ruth Becker and Berry Chasteen and brother in law: Edd Milton McCannon. Bill retired from Reliance Electric and was a member of Burts United Methodist Church.

Survivors in addition to his wife include three brothers; James Braden of California, Bobby Braden of Atlanta and Larry Braden of Decatur and a number of nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held Sunday, August 30, 2020 at 2PM at Burts United Methodist Church Cemetery with the family receiving friends prior to the service at the cemetery.
