Monroe - Winnelle Ledbetter McIntyre, 87, passed away September 18, 2008.
A native of Chattahoochee, Ga., she was a daughter of the late Claude and Eunice Taylor Ledbetter and the widow of Howard N. McIntyre Sr. She was a former member of First Baptist Church of Chattahoochee and a current member of Watkinsville First Baptist Church. She was a charter resident of Iris Place, Athens, Ga.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 20, 2008 at 3:30 p.m. at Oconee Chapel. Interment will be in Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2 p.m. until service time.
Survivors include four children, Pat (Paul) Bryant of Monroe, Ga., Howard (Joyce) N. McIntyre Jr. of Jackson, Ga., Michael (Jan) McIntyre of Shreveport, La. and Jeffrey McIntyre of Atlanta, Ga.; sister, Betty Efird of Stone Mountain, Ga.; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.
