William "Bill" Lee McCannon

William Lee “Bill” McCannon, 83, died on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Born in Oglethorpe County, he was the son of the late Cleveland L. McCannon and Florie McCannon. Bill served in the US Army, was a member of Burt's United Methodist Church and retired from Reliance Electric. Survivors include his children: Lori (Mike), Jenny (Matthew), Cindy, and Terry (Kim); seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. Graveside services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 12:00 at Burts United Methodist Church with Rev. Rick Brittain officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 at Lord and Stephens East on Saturday, April 23, 2022.
