William Grady Wheless

Mr. William Grady Wheless, passed away at his home Wednesday, December 19, 2012. Mr. Wheless was born in Enterprise, GA to Joseph and Gladys Black Wheless. He served honorably with the US Navy, and worked with Kline Wheless Grading. Mr. Wheless was a master mason and was a member of Panthersville Lodge # 543.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his wife Ruby Hughes Wheless, brothers Guy and James Wheless, and sister Evelyn Wheless. Mr. Wheless is survived by his daughter; Barbara Wheless Polk, Crawford, sons and daughters-in-law; Charles and Bonnie Wheless, Bogart, Gary and Mary Wheless, Lexington, sister; Mary Wheless Mathis, Watkinsville, brother and sister-in-law Kline and Dot Wheless, grandchildren; Donna Wheless Evenson, Yvette Wheless, Carol Wheless Tumlin, Geremy and Berta Wheless; great grandchildren; Skyle and Taylor Wheless along with 5 other great grandchildren, as well as a host of other family and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 9 PM, Friday, December 21, 2012. Funeral services will be held at 1PM on Saturday, December 22 at the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Anthony Watts officiating. Interment will be held at Crawford Cemetery.
