Athens - William Joseph Waugh, 92, husband of the late Etta Louise Stalnaker Waugh, died Wednesday, April 2, 2008.
Survivors include his daughters: Connie Chastain of Blairsville, Vivian Milam of Chipley, FL; grandchildren: Andrew Ayers of Swanee, Stephanie Ayers of Athens, Richard, Ronnie and Stacey Milam all of Chipley, FL; great grandchildren: Ciara and Austin.
A private service will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to any local Hospice Organization.
