William Boyd "Bill" Shelton

William Boyd "Bill" Shelton, 80, husband of 63 years to Armanell James Shelton, died October 23, 2017. Born in Madison County, he was the son of the late James Leonard Shelton and Lena Sanders Shelton. He was also preceded in death by his daughter Cindy Marie Hooper. Bill was the owner of Shelton Supply Company from 1979 until his retirement in 2012. Survivors include his children: Vickie Burns Osborne of Athens, William Ricky(Cheryl) Shelton of Walton, KY; brothers: Rev. Henry Shelton of Comer, Robert Shelton of Hull; grandchildren: Hannah (Michael) Rickard, Derek (Chrystal) Shelton, Shawn (Windy) Burns and five great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 30, 2017 at 1PM at Lord and Stephens East Chapel with Rev. Eric Shelton officiating. Burial will follow at Danielsville Memorial Gardens.
