He is survived by his father, William David Rudd and Diane Walvick of Bogart and mother, Ann Rudd and Robert Williams of Bishop; brothers, Marvin Thomas Wright and wife, Dana of Bishop, Curtiss Edward Wright and wife, Rebecca of Bishop, John David Rudd and wife, Jennifer of Watkinsville, as well as seven nieces; three nephews; girlfriend, Amanda Hanby of Athens..
A memorial service was held for Rudd on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at Memorial Baptist Church in Watkinsville. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the William Paul Rudd Memorial Fund at Oconee State Bank, PO Box 205, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
