Survivors includes children Matthew Braxton Parr, Haley Parr of Athens; sister, Deborah Cornelison Columbia, SC; brothers , Milton & Jimmy Parr Athens; Long time companion, Teise Lipscomb, Athens. Family will receive friends following the service. Lord & Stephens East, Athens, has charge of arrangements.
