William Thomas Jones, 77, of Lexington, passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2016.
Born in Putman, TN, he was the son of the late Tamer Jones and Vadie Hancock Jones. He attended Elberton Church of God. Mr. Jones was preceded in death by his first wife, Rosie Smart Jones and his second wife, Trudy Harbin Jones. In addition, he was preceded in death by six siblings and one grandson, Joshua Jones.
Survivors include four children, Jackie Jones, Randy Jones, Donja Groves and Xandra Moreno; four sisters; four brothers; three grandchildren, Cory and Nikki Jones and Robert Jones; and four great grandchildren, Aiden, Riley, Mason and Braylon.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Lord and Stephens, East. Interment will follow at Peachtree Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, June 30, 2016 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.
Flowers are accepted.
