William Sidney Gable

Colbert - William Sidney Gable, 67, died January 25, 2007.
A native of Jackson County, GA, he was a son of the late Clarence "Bit" and Runelle George Gable.
Funeral services will be Sunday, January 28, 2007, at 2:00 PM, at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, Danielsville. Interment will be in Zion Baptist Church Cemetery, Braselton, GA.
Survivors include his wife, Eva L. Gable; seven children, Sherri Lewis of Monroe, Susan Moore of Winder, Larry Payne of Colbert, Gene Madden of Danielsville, Joseph Tankersley of Colbert, Carol Tankersley of Colbert, and Wayne Tankersley of Las Vegas, NV; two sisters, Ann Teague of Atlanta and Juanita Jones of Madison; brother, Phillip Gable of Fayetteville; thirteen grandchildren; five great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
