William Jessie Earl Epps Jr. passed away Saturday, February 9, 2013.
Born in Athens, on March 11, 1958, he was the son of the late William Jessie Earl Sr. and Mary Lela Burger Epps. He was an auto body repairman.
Survivors include his wife, Cynthia Futch Epps; daughters, Chandlee Elisha Epps, Twiggs Elizzabeth Epps, Kayla MiLyn Epps, Katherin Nicole Epps, and Angelina Rose Epps; sister Connie Epps Bond; grandson, Keyton Dailey Epps; and many nephews and nieces.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 5 until 6:30 p.m. prior to the service. Memorial services will be held Friday, February 15, at 6:30 p.m. at Lord and Stephens Chapel with the Rev. Mitch Elder officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Jessie Epps Cancer Fund, c/o Athens First Bank and Trust, or to the American Cancer Society.
