William Gary Collins

William Gary Collins, 52, husband of 25 years to Tracie Gabriel Collins, died Wednesday, April 2, 2014.
A native of Decatur, GA, he was the son of Jerry and Peggy Bone Collins. He was a self employed carpenter and member of Clouds Creek Baptist Church. Gary was always volunteering in the community and especially loved helping with fundraisers.
Survivors in addition to his wife and parents include his children: Lacie Constance of Lake Charles, LA, Ashley and Brian Donaldson of Martin, GA, J.B. Collins of Colbert; sisters: Tammy Gilstrap of Colbert, Deborah Oglesby of Eatonton and granddaughter, Gracie Donaldson.
A memorial service will be held Saturday, April 5, 2014 at 1PM at Clouds Creek Baptist Church with Rev. John Parker and Rev. Don Wineinger officiating. The family will receive friends Friday, April 4, 2014 from 6 to 8 at Lord and Stephens East Chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Oglethorpe County Relay for Life.
