Stephens - Willard Thomas Hubbard, 65, husband of the late Hallie Mae Hubbard, died Thursday, May 25, 2006 at his residence.
Born in Oglethorpe County he was the son of the late Ernest Dewey and Mae Bell Hubbard. Mr. Hubbard was also preceded in death by his brothers, Dewey Lee Hubbard, Erenst Lewis Hubbard and Bobby James Hubbard. He was of the Christian faith.
Survivors include his son, Thomas Max Hubbard of Elberton; daughter and son-in-law, Mae Elaine and Paul Yearwood, of Stephens; brother, George Willie Hubbard; grandchildren, Bryan Yearwood, Tiffany Yearwood, T. J. Hubbard, Jr., Taylor Hubbard, Crystal Love, Misty Barnes; several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service was held Sunday, May 28, 2006 at 2 p.m. at Center United Methodist Church with Rev. Chuck Tatum officiating.
Lord & Stephens, Crawford, is in charge of arrangements.
