Wayne L. Stephens

Wayne L. Stephens, 69, passed away July 2, 2015. Wayne was born in Athens in 1946 and was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Janice Dottery Stephens and his parents Henry Harlin Stephens and Eula M. Fields. He is survived by his sons and daughters in law, Chris and Rita Stephens of Hull and Tim and Misty Stephens of Watkinsville; sister: Rhonda S. Davis of Bogart; brother: Leon M. Vaughn of Tuscaloosa, AL and granddaughter, Emma Stephens. Wayne retired from Reliance Electric and was a member of Princeton United Methodist Church. He truly loved his family, especially his granddaughter Emma. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 7 2015 at 2PM at Lord & Stephens West Chapel. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
