Warren Leonard McElhannon, 62, died March 18, 2016.
A native of Athens, GA, he was a son of the late Leonard and Louise Ashe McElhannon. He grew up in Rutledge, GA and worked for the Department of Natural Resources for 20 years. He operated a ceramic tile business for the last 17 years.
Funeral services will be Saturday, March 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST with Revs. Lee Hunter and Stewart B. Simms officiating. Interment will follow at Bostwick Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 pm until service time.
Survivors include his wife of 37 years, Marie McElhannon; son, Alan McElhannon, both of Bishop; sister, Helen Scott of Dacula.
Memorials may be made to Nuci's Space or Edwards Chapel Baptist Church.
