Walter Scroggins Jackson, 81, died October 22, 2012.
A native of Madison County, he was the son of the late Sylvan and Mozell Archer Jackson.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 24, 2012 at 12:00PM at Brown Chapel with Rev. Buford Lockman and Rev. Billy Owensby officiating. Burial will follow at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife: Anne Strickland Jackson; son: Tim (Vikki) Jackson; brothers: Jerry and Ricky Jackson and one grandson: Tommy (Wes) Anderson.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight at the funeral home.
Brown Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
