Vivian Vinson Higgins, 88, passed away peacefully in her sleep Sunday, July 25th, 2021.

She is survived by her daughters Kacee Jones Underwood and Brenda Gray with her son in law J J Gray; her sisters Rosaline Scarboro and husband Bucky Scarboro, Martha Hollingsworth, Ruth Gunter and their families.

Though born and raised in the North Georgia mountains, she was a graduate of Winterville High School and proud Georgia football fan. Athens was her home.
