Tyler Moon

Hull - Tyler Fortson Moon, age 14 of Hull, passed away April 08, 2011. Tyler was born on September 05, 1996 to Mike Moon and Lee Burroughs in Athens, GA. Tyler was a student at Madison County Middle School where he was on the Football and Baseball team an honor roll student as well as a member of the FCA. He will always be remembered for his work ethic and his willingness to help others no matter what, as well as his work with ESP. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and had a love for hunting and fishing. Tyler is survived by his Parents Lee and Donnie Burroughs, Hull; Mike Moon and Michelle Trossevin, Hull; Sisters Gracie Lee Moon and Presley Burroughs; Brother D.J. Burroughs, Grandparents, Lane and Rita Fortson Collins, Hull, David R. and Paula Davis, Charleston S.C., William Moon Laurel Maryland, Beatrix Muller, Wilmington N.C., and Darrell and Beth Wages, Colbert, Kevin James Coughlin, Wilmington N.C., Great Grandmother Helen Fortson, Hull, and a host of other relatives and friends. The family will receive friends on Monday April 11, 2011 from 4 - 8 P.M. with funeral services on Tuesday April 12, 2011 at Lord and Stephens Danielsville Chapel at 4:00 P.M. with the Rev. Randy Crowe officiating. The Athens Clarke County Fire Dept. Honor Guard will serve as pallbearers and the Madison County Middle School football team will serve as honorary pallbearers.
