Lexington, GA - Lovic Tracy Smith, 45, died August 13, 2008.
He was a lifelong resident of Oglethorpe County and was preceded in death by his father, Lovic Joseph Smith and son, Lovic Jonathon Smith.
The family will receive friends at Lord and Stephens Oglethorpe Chapel, Thursday from 7:00 until 9:00 PM. Private memorial services will be held.
Survivors include his mother and step-father, Sandra and Jere Mathews of Lexington; daughter, Jessica Rae Smith of Wimberly, TX; son, Lovic Tracy Smith, II of Lexington; sisters, Donna Smith (Craig Fields) of Lexington, Tammy Jo Smith of Crawford, Lynn Baughcum (Mickey) of Arnoldsville, Andrea Baker (Freddie) and Deean Poulnott (Ray, Jr.) of Lexington; brother, Trampus Smith (Elaine) of Bairdstown; grandson, Jonathon Smith and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Augusta Burn Center.
