Comer - Timothy Michael Wilson, Jr., 23, died Friday, June 13, 2008.
Born in Athens, he was the son of Mike Wilson and Jennifer Wilson. He was a 2003 graduate of Oglethorpe County High School and was employed by Wilson and Sons. He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Eugene Brown.
Survivors in addition to his parents include his sister: Megan Nicole Wilson of Crawford; brother: Justin Michael Wilson of Crawford; maternal grandparents: Tommy and Clara Wilson of Colbert; paternal grandmother: Nancy Bryant of Royston; aunts and uncles: Melissa and Joe Armistead, Kristyl Brown, Anna Epps as well as several cousins.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at 3PM at Lord & Stephens East chapel with Revs. Chuck Tatum and Jim Peterson officiating. Burial will follow at Welcome Avenue Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Adam Nation, Holly Bales, Devin Johnson, Billy Rogers, Roy Gene Young, Allen Welch, Brian Corey and Willie Turner, Jr.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 17, 2008 from 6 to 9 at the funeral home
