Thomas Winz McCabe, 81, died February 16, 2010.
A native of Milwaukee, WI, he lived in Georgia for the last forty years. He was a son of the late Henry and Kathryn (Winz) McCabe and was the last of seven siblings. Mr. McCabe was also preceded in death by a daughter, Janet Hendrix. He was a member of Saint James Catholic Church in Madison, GA
Funeral services will be Thursday, February 18, 2010 at 11:00 AM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST, with Rev. Monsingor Peter Dora officiating. Graveside services will be Saturday, February 20, 2010 at 1:00 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, Milwaukee, WI. Family and friends should assemble at the main gate of the cemetery.
Survivors include his son, Timothy McCabe of Bogart; four grandchildren, Margaret McCabe, Dillon McCabe, Kathleen Hendrix and Caroline Hendrix; numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, PO Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, Bogart, GA and Krause Funeral Home, 900 Capital Drive, Milwaukee, is in charge of arrangements.
