Thomas Gerald Maddox

Thomas Gerald Maddox, age 81 of Bogart, GA, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2018. Thomas  was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Annie Ruth Maddox and wife, Frances Maddox. He is survived by his son, Michael Maddox; daughter and son-in-law, Susan and Wayne Swinford; special companion, Barbara Ann Teat; sisters, Gladys Healan, Ella Mae Morrow, and Mary Dennard; grandsons, Travis Maddox, Thomas Swinford, and Jay Swinford; great grandchildren, Riley and Aubrey Joy.

Thomas was a long time member of Whitehall Baptist Church, Athens Antique Car Club and Happy Trails Travel Club. Visitation will be Sunday, September 30, 2018 from 5PM to 8PM at Lord and Stephens Funeral Home - West Chapel. Services will be at the funeral home Monday, October 1, 2018 at 4PM. Pastor Jerry Bishop and family friend Dennis Cook will be presiding. Lord and Stephens West is in charge of arrangements.
