Thelma Pearl (Lowe) Wilson

Thelma Lowe Wilson, 82, of Colbert died November 1, 2014.
Mrs. Wilson was a daughter of the late Pearl and Nell Isbell Lowe and was preceded in death by her husband, Georgie Daniel (Dan) Wilson; two sons, Joe McCannon and infant son, Russell McCannon; and sister, Colleen Lowe.
Thelma, aka Ma, was an amazing, loving, lady with a heart of gold. She was of the Baptist faith and retired from Thomas Textile. She enjoyed baking and cooking and touched the hearts of all who got to know her.
Graveside services will be Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 11:00 AM at Crawford Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday from 5:00 until 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
Survivors include two brothers, Tony (Lorrie) Lowe and Guy Weyman Lowe; caregivers that she adopted as her own, Rodney, Lisa and Nathan Wilson; several nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews as well as her adopted family at Rainbow Retirement Center.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
