Sylvia Gunnells

Winterville - Sylvia Cochran Gunnells, age 84, wife of the late Cleveland Harold Gunnells, died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at her home.
Graveside services will be held Wednesday, December 17, 2008 at 1 p.m. at Oconee Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 16, 2008 from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
A native of Clarke County, she was the daughter of the late Carl and Ferry Ross Cochran. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara Tiller. Sylvia retired from Chicopee after 28 years.
Survivors include her children, Carl (Nancy) Harold Gunnells of Winterville, Thomas "Tommy" Edward Gunnells of Augusta; brothers, Joseph "Joe" Paul Cochran of Athens, Jerry (Nancy) Cochran of Danielsville; grandchildren, Tony (Kim) Gunnells, Tabitha (Eddie) Greg, Travis Gunnells, Trinton Gunnells; great-grandchildren, Wesley Gunnells, Natalie Gunnells and Zackary Greg.
Flowers will be accepted.
