Athens - Spencer Damon Redmon, died April 4, 2006.
A native of Lakeland, FL, he was a 1991 graduate of Perry High School and attended Macon Junior College. Mr. Redmon lived in this area for thirteen years and was a popular chef for the last eight years at Harry Bissetts Restaurant.
Funeral services were Saturday, April 8, 2006, at 11:00 AM at Oconee Chapel. Dr. Thom Shores will officiate. Interment was in Oconee Memorial Park.
Survivors include his father and stepmother, Jake and Gale Redmon of Warner Robins; mother and stepfather, Phyllis and Edward M. Wolfe of Athens; sister and brother-in-law, Tamara Redmon and Major Bruce Munger of Germany; stepbrothers, Douglas M. Wolfe of Los Angeles and Scott Jenkins of Demorest; stepsister, Lori Jenkins Carnes of Woodstock, GA; two nieces, Laurel Grace Munger and Julianne Carnes; two nephews, Robby Wolfe and Jacob Carnes; grandmothers, Sarah M. Stewart of Snellville, Vera Merritt of Warner Robins and Mary Smith of Dade City, FL.
