Shirley Williams Bridges

Shirley Williams Bridges 84, passed away July 23, 2020. She was born on March 3, 1936 in High Shoals, GA. Mrs. Bridges was the daughter of the late, Andrew & Louree Williams. She graduated from Watkinsville High School in 1954. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Bridges; son, Andy Bridges and grandson, Drew Bridges.

Mrs. Bridges married her husband, Harold J. Bridges at the Casulon Plantation in Good Hope, GA on June 15th 1962 and raised her family in Watkinsville, GA and from 1977 to 1986 her and the family owned Rays Corner where many friends were made that lasted a lifetime.

The visitation will be Sunday July 26, 2020 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at the funeral home. No services are scheduled at this time.

Survivors include: Son, Ben (Beth) Bridges; sister, Francis Beville; grandson, Broc (Shelby) Bridges; great grandchildren, Fiona Rose and Benjamin Sawer Bridges; nephew, Steve Beville; step daughter, Beverly (Dave) Bridges Johnson; step grandson, Bryce Barrow.
