Sherl "Gene" Eugene "Gene" Carr

Arnoldsville, GA - Sherl Eugene "Gene" Carr, 61, died October 26, 2014.
Gene was a longtime painter and worked with Bulldog Limousine. He was a member of New Life Apostolic Church, Watkinsville.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at 3:00 PM at Lord and Stephens Chapel, EAST with Bishop Douglas Hammond and Pastor Tim Hammond officiating. Interment will follow at Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include his wife, Ann McCannon Carr; stepdaughters, Linda Dianne York (Tommy) of Lexington, Kathy Streetman of Arnoldsville and Pam White (Mike) of Winterville; stepson, Joe McCannon, Jr. of Arnoldsville; sisters, Terri and Rhonda and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother, Tommy.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM.
