Shelby B. Dean, 77, of Athens, died October 1, 2015.
She was the daughter of the late David and Sarah Lord Bryant and preceded in death by siblings, Ovelia Finnan and David and Wayburn Bryant.
Shelby was a longtime employee with Smith Boley Brown and Zippy Morroco Realty.
Survivors include her husband, Elmer Dean; sister, Mary (Jim) Cofer; brother, Tom (Glenda) Bryant, nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends at Lord and Stephens West, Monday, October 5, 2015 beginning at 1:00 PM. Services will follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice or a charity of choice.
