Sarah Janet Jordan

Sarah Janet Jordan, 71, died Thursday, December 7, 2017. Born in Athens, she was the daughter of Lula Hillsman Pace of High Shoals and the late Coyle Lee Jordan. Mrs. Jordan retired from Southeastern Testing Labs . She was a devoted mother and grandmother. In addition to her mother, survivors include her children: Suzanne (David) Laing of Commerce, Lee (Carol) Jordan of Watkinsville; grandchildren: Nikki Gee, Storm Laing and Taylor Lee Jordan; great grandchildren: J.T. Nalley and Payton Nalley and former husband, Waymon Jordan. Funeral services will be held Monday, December 11, 2017 at 1PM at Oconee Chapel, 2370 Hog Mountain Road, Watkinsville, GA with Rev. Leroy Brock officiating. Interment will follow at Oconee Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 until 8 on Sunday, December 10, 2017 at the funeral home. www.lordandstephens.com
