Sara Louise McAlister

Sara Louise McAlister, 92, of Anderson, South Carolina, passed away June 25, 2012.
She was the daughter of the late Ligeon and Emma Dickerson and wife of the late William Guyton McAlister. She was a devoted follower of Jesus and a charter member of Calvary Baptist Church. She loved crafts and teaching and will always be remembered for her thoughtful cards.
She is survived by her daughter, Annette Coleman; grandson, Calvin Coleman, Jr.; great-granddaughter, Heather Coleman; and great-great-granddaughter, Jacqueline Coleman.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Anderson, South Carolina.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, E. Orr St., Anderson, South Carolina, 29621.
Lord and Stephens Funeral Home, Athens, has charge of arrangements.
