Sara Ellen (Waldrop) Faucett

Sara Ellen Faucett, 93, died Thursday, July 2, 2020.

Sara lived in the Athens area for the past six years at Rainbow Retirement Home in Arnoldsville. She lived the previous 20 years in Doravilla where she was very active in Christ Fellowship Church, helping with the music ministry and holding small worship group meetings in her home.

Sara is survived by her two children, Nancy Elizabeth (Eric) Alexander and Robert Charles (Sylvia) Faucett III, as well as her four grandchildren: Heather Ashley Harton, Joseph Robert Faucett, James Quinton Faucett, and Elizabeth Marie (Eric) Wayson. Sara is also survived by her three younger sisters: Shirley Hayes, Neva Wilder, and Sandra Waldrop.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private graveside service will be held.
