Born in Clarke County, she was the daughter of O. C. and Bertha Lee Smith Collinsworth. She was of the Baptist faith.
Survivors include her brothers and sisters in law; Jimmy and Joan Collinsworth of Athens, Donald and Elizabeth Collinsworth of Monroe; nephews, Mark Collinsworth and Brad and Betty Ann Collinsworth; nieces: Angie Collinsworth, Tracy Voyles; great niece: Bonnie Kate Collinsworth ,and friends and caregivers, Carol and Clete Borchert.
Graveside services were held 2PM, Sunday, May 20, 2007 at Evergreen Memorial Park.
