Samuel Mack Tyner

Samuel Mack Tyner, age 81 of Colbert passed away on October 20, 2011 at Winterville Assisted Living following a period of declining health. He is the son of the late James Gordon Tyner and Elizabeth Williamson Tyner of Crawford. Mr. Tyner proudly served his country in the United States Navy, was a member of Colbert Baptist Church, and was employed with Barrett Dodge. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Louise Rogers Tyner; Sons and Daughters In Law, Samuel Mack Jr. and Gale Tyner of Crawford; and Richard Jackson and Revonda Tyner of Royston, Six grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, October 22, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that donation be made to Colbert Baptist Church or a charity of ones choice.
