Sam and Michelle Strickland

Memorial services for Michelle Strickland (former Clerk of Superior Court in Madison County) and her son, Sam Strickland, will be held Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 11:00 am at Moons Grove Baptist Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, February 21, 2025 from 6:00 until 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Samuel Ronal Strickland, 49, of Danielsville, passed away on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.

Born in Athens, he was the only son of Arnal Strickland and the late Michelle Strickland. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hubbard and Edna Conwell and Troy and Irene Strickland; aunt, Janice S. Harrison and uncles, Denver Strickland and Ronal Strickland.

Survivors in addition to his father include his aunt, Diane Adams; uncle, Toni (Cheryl) Holliman; great-uncle, Ford Williams and a host of other cousins and extended family.

The family would like to extend their appreciation to Bristol Hospice for the loving care provided to Sam.
