Ruth (Coley) Erwin

Ruth Coley Erwin, 88, of Winterville, died Thursday, December 28, 2017. She is preceded in death by her parents, Otha L. Coley and Bert Gunter Coley, husband, Andrew "Gump" Erwin, a brother, and sister. Ruth is survived by her children, Phillip Erwin (wife, Cindi), Bobby Erwin (wife, Jane), Deborah Erwin Rosser (husband, Dale), and Danny Erwin (wife, Donna), three brothers, nine grandchildren, and ten great grandchildren.
Ms. Ruth worked for St. Mary's Hospital and the Council on Aging but was first and foremost a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.
The family will receive friends Sunday, December 31, 2017 at Lord and Stephens, East from 1:00 - 2:30 pm. A graveside service will follow at Winterville City Cemetery at 3:00 pm.
