Winterville - Russell Clark Stewart, 59, died May 13, 2006.
A native of Clarke County, GA, he was a son of Mary Martin Stewart of Winterville and the late John Benjamin Stewart. He was employed for thirty-seven years with Reliance Electric. Mr. Stewart was a member and usher of Winterville First Baptist Church. He was a proud grandfather.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, May 16, 2006, at 11:00AM at Winterville First Baptist Church,
Rev. Ray Finger officiating. Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Park.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Hilda Sorrow Stewart; daughter and son-in-law, Christy and Clint Milford of Madison, GA; brother and sister-in-law, Dorsey and Janice Stewart of Hull; two grandchildren, McKenzie Milford and Levi Milford. Mr. Stewart is also survived by many friends, church family and coworkers.
Pallbearers will be Ronnie Harris, Randall Andrews, Raymond Shedd, Charles Andrews, Paul Bradshaw, Joe Dudley, Jimmy Coile, Jimmy Eberhart.
The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, EAST, is in charge of arrangements.
