Russell D. (Bud) Brown, 84, of Watkinsville, Georgia, died Tuesday, September 27, 2005. He was a native of Titusville, Florida. Graveside services will be Friday, September 30, 2005 at 11:00am in Titusville, Florida. Mr. Brown's Georgia family include his wife, Ann Huff Brown, stepsons Dwayne Epps, Dwight Epps, and the late Donny Epps, stepdaughters Denise Seagraves and Deana Shields. He leaves 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Lord and Stephens West in charge of arrangements.
