Ruby Lee Harper

Ruby Lee Harper, 95, of Watkinsville, passed away on March 13, 2023. Born on August 9, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence and Jennie Martin.

Ruby loved her family and dedicated her life to raising her children.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Grady Harper, Betty May, Diane Allen, Shirley Burns; grandchildren, Jennifer Chambers, Jennie Wages; Siblings Larenzo & Lawrence Martin, Sarah Martin, James Martin, Ellen(Jessie)Patterson, Elcie (Pete) Satterfield.

Survivors include her children, Janie Lee Wages, Diane Harper; grandchildren, Ruby Thompson (Jeff), Betty Joe Thompson, Clovis Allen, Susan Callison, Deborah Kunzman (Mark), Thomas Harper (Kristy), Michael Harper, Robert Burns, Cindy Dempsey (Ronnie), Clint Wages, Randy Wages, Steve Wages (Kate); numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
