Athens, GA - Ruby Garner, 95, died January 13, 2007.
A native of Paulding County, she was a daughter of the late John and Florrie Mosely Adair. Mrs. Garner was a resident of Atlanta for thirty years before moving to Athens in 1981. She lived at Lanier Gardens in Athens for twenty years.
Graveside services will be Saturday, January 20, 2007, at 3:00 PM at Evergreen Memorial Park. Rev. Claude McBride will officiate.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Doris and Glenn "Pete" Patterson of Athens; grandchildren, Angie Patterson of Atlanta and Brenda and Chris Mitcham, of Tampa, FL; three great grandchildren, Billy Scully, Rachel Mitcham and Rebecca Mitcham.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Georgia Cancer Coalition, 50 Hurt Plaze Suite 700, Atlanta, GA 30303.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
