Roy Price Hall, Jr.

Roy Price Hall, Jr., 78, of Bogart, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021. Born on July 24, 1943, he was the son of the late Roy Price Hall, Sr., and Bular Lee Craig Hall.

Roy loved Jesus and was a Deacon at Center Hill Baptist Church of Gratis in Monroe. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, loved his family very much and was proud of each and every one of them. Roy was an avid UGA fan, enjoyed fishing and always knew how to make people smile.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters, Jerlene Strickland and Mildred McGarity.

Survivors include his wife, Pat Hall; children, Diane Kollig (Frank), Cindy Lacey (Blake), Tim Hall (Laura); grandchildren, Megan Ross (Dylan), Bob Grabiak, Paiton Tabb (Chandler), Bailey Cromer, Gavin Lacey, Makenzie Lacey, Ansley Hall, Hannah Hall, Jake Hall; great grandchildren, Chloe Ross, Callie Ross; sister, Jean Salter (Bobby); cousin, Danny Craig whom Roy considered to be like a brother and helped care for Roy during his illness; many nieces & nephews.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 11:00 am at Center Hill Baptist Church at 2940 Gratis Road, Monroe, with Pastor Steve Moon officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior from 10:00 to 11:00 at the church.

Flowers are accepted and can be delivered to Center Hill Baptist Church in Monroe on Saturday, December 18, 2021 as early as 9:00 am. If preferred, memorial contributions in Roy’s honor can be made to the Alzheimer's Association .
