Robert "Robbie" Edward Culbertson

Robert Edward Culbertson, Jr., 53, of Danielsville, died on Saturday, January 14, 2023 after a long illness.
Born in Athens, GA to Robert Edward Culbertson, Sr. and Connie Diane Roberts Culbertson, Robbie lived his entire life in the Madison County area. He was a member of Meadow Baptist Church and served his community in the volunteer fire department. He loved hunting, fishing, and cooking. He loved being around people, especially his family, and his church. He made a special effort to always be at church despite his physical limitations.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Michael Culbertson.
Robbie is survived by his father, Robert Edward “Ed” Culbertson, Sr. (Glenda) and mother Connie Diane Roberts Culbertson; his wife, Janet Culbertson; their daughter, Bethany Culbertson; his sister, Angela Allen; and niece, nephew, and 5 great-nieces and -nephews, all of whom he loved deeply.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17 at Lord and Stephens, Danielsville at 11:00 a.m. The family will receive friends for one hour prior to the service. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Park.
