Comer, GA - Robert Benson Whitlock, 44, died December 12, 2006.
A native of Jackson County, GA, he was a son of Sylvia Jordan Whitlock of Comer and the late Benson Whitlock. He was preceded in death by a brother, Keith Whitlock and was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be Friday, December 15, 2006, at 3:30 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, Danielsville. Rev. Reggie Vaughn will officiate. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Baptist Church Cemetery.
Survivors in addition to his mother include his wife, Denise Whitlock; two sons, Jonathan Whitlock and Jesse Whitlock, both of Comer; two daughters, Brittany Austin and Brandy Coke, both of Commerce; special nephew, Michael Edwards of Comer; sister, Donna Whitlock; brother, William Whitlock, both of Commerce; three grandchildren; one other nephew and one
niece.
The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00 until 9:00 PM at the funeral home.
Lord and Stephens, Danielsville, is in charge of arrangements.
