Watkinsville - Robert Davison Roth, 59, died October 9, 2009, at his residence.
A native and lifelong resident of this area, Mr. Roth was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Carson Roth. Mr. Roth was a member of Bethabara Baptist Church and retired from Athens Regional Medical Center after almost 40 years of service.
Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, October 11, 2009, at Oconee Memorial Park.
Survivors include his father, Albert Davison Roth Jr.; sister Carol Roth Anderson (Jim) and nephew, Jeremy Anderson, all of Watkinsville; niece Kristen Sheppard (Neal) and great- nephew Brady Sheppard, all of Toccoa; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
The family is receiving friends at Lord and Stephens, WEST, and also at the home of Carol Roth Anderson.
