Robert Balfour Pease, III

Robert Balfour Pease III, Bob, was born in Richmond, VA on April 3, 1949. His insatiable appetite to always learn more started at a young age and continued to the University of Georgia where he earned his undergraduate and MBA. A true Athenian at heart, he would spend his days bopping around town from property to property to check his loyal tenants. He had several business ventures from restaurants to college rentals. Always searching for fun new opportunities along the way. It would be a disservice to him to mention his work life and not mention how much he loved being outside exploring the world. He forever had another fishing or hunting trip planned, coming to life when sharing those passions with his friends. He was a damn good dawg but an even better husband, father, friend, and sportsman Bob passed away in his element while strolling beneath the moss-drenched branches of St. Simons Island with his beloved Lynnie P and Addie. He is proceeded in death by his parents Robert Balfour Pease, Jr, and Doris Pease. He is survived by his wife Lynn, his princess Addie, his son Stuart Pease (Shelby), his daughter Brooke Caneer (Daniel), his wife’s son Jason Tweedell, her daughters Kim Adams (Ben) and Kelly McKinney (Chad and children Hailey, Hunter), his mother-in-law Ellen Morris, his siblings Stuart Pease Sr (Donna), Maggie Jacoby, John Pease (Cathy), and grandson Eli Caneer. A celebration of life will be held at his home 1360 Broadlands Drive in Watkinsville Saturday, June 5th from 2:30-5:00. All who loved him are welcome.
