Watkinsville - Robert (Bronco) Furlow, 70, died December 13, 2007.
A native of Rockville, MD, he was a son of the late James T. and Marguerite Campbell Furlow. He lived in this area for the last eight years having moved from Florida. He spent several years in Maine working as a lobsterman and lived in Maryland for many years, where he was an electrician and served in the Army National Guard. Mr. Furlow was also enlisted in the United States Air Force for nearly ten years.
Funeral services will be Sunday, December 16, 2007, at 2:00 PM at the chapel of Lord and Stephens, WEST. Interment will be private at the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Milledgeville, GA.
Survivors include his former spouse, Cathy Heembrock; daughter and son-in-law, Ginny and Steve Chasteen of Watkinsville; son and daughter-in-law, Robert and Kelly Furlow of Aspen, CO; two grandchildren, Kacie Chasteen and Zac Chasteen.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
