Mr. Robert Oscar Cooper, 63 of Athens, passed away March 22, 2018. He was the son of the late, Oscar Cooper. Mr. Cooper loved his family, playing golf, active with his church, Faith Presbyterian Church, active with Cedars Shoals High School football boosters club president and president with Athens International Little League.
Funeral services are Sunday March 25, 2018 2:00pm at Lord & Stephens, East Chapel. The family will visit at the funeral home Saturday March 24, 2018 from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. The interment will be in Athens Memory Gardens.
Survivors include: Wife, Sarah Cooper; mother, Jacquelyn Cooper; children, Matt (Brooke) Cooper, Robert (Monique) Cooper and Scott Cooper; sisters, Lisa (Donald) Van Riper and Rose (Bob) Griffin; brother, Henry (Pam) Cooper; one granddaughter, Caroline Cooper.
