Rita Hooper, 54, died February 11, 2011. A native of Athens, Ga, she was preceded in death by her parents, Clinton and Jenny Mae Williams Bales; as well as four siblings, Vicki Couch, Charles Bales, Clinton Bales, Jr. and Margie Bray. Mrs. Hooper was owner and operator of Classic Mobile Home and Supply, along with her husband, Raymond E. Hooper. Private services will be held at Farmington, Ga. Survivors in addition to her husband include four sons, Royce Hooper, Roman Hooper, Ryan Hooper and Brandon Hooper; grandchildren, Colin Hooper, Austin Bradley, Ashtyn Bray, Abbie Bray, Avery Bray, Jacob Drake, Kaylee Watts, Kaylob Watts, and Jamahd Hosch; seven sisters, Lois Wilson of Opp, Ala., Peggy Weir of Danielsville, Pam Page of Colbert, Janie Page of Hull, Susan Cabe of Danielsville, Connie Autry of Athens and Becky Meeler of Watkinsville; three brothers, Jimmy Bales of Flowery Branch, Lee Bales of Paoli and Michael Bales of Ila. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Mary's Hospice. Lord and Stephens, WEST, is in charge of arrangements.
