Oneal Kidd, 80, husband of the late Betty White Kidd, died Tuesday, April 22, 2014.
A native of Comer, he was the son of the late Loyd Franklin "Sambo" Kidd and Nina Lee Smith Kidd. He retired from Westinghouse and was a member of Meadow Baptist Church.
Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Dwayne and Gwen Kidd of Danielsville; grandchildren: Dawn (Grant) Belk, Zachary (Leann) Kidd and three great grandchildren: Jacey, Redden and Whit Belk.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 2PM at Meadow Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Sarna officiating. Burial will follow at Meadow Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8, Wednesday, April 23, 2014 at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Madison County Senior Center or the Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter.
Lord & Stephens Danielsville is in charge of arrangements.
