Comer - Rex C. Smith, 96, of Comer, died Saturday, January 23, 2010. Services will be 2 p.m., Monday, January 25, 2010 at Collier Baptist Church with Rev. Gerald Brunson, Rev. Terry Smith and Rev. Richard Coppage. Interment will be in the church cemetery. Survivors include sisters, Gladys Slay and Clara Coile; four nieces; and one nephew. Lord & Stephens Funeral Home, Danielsville, has charge of arrangements.
