Throughout Taylor's school years, Becky was an active volunteer at the Athens Academy, Colham Ferry Elementary & Oconee Middle School Media Centers. She loved celebrating holidays, helping faculty & staff with school parties. At Oconee County High School Becky continued her volunteering in the school attendance and front offices & was active with The FFA Chapter. She took an active interest in the wellbeing of students of all ages, known affectionately by Taylor's classmates as 'Mama Quack'.
A Celebration of Becky's Life will be held at a later date following son Taylor's return from an upcoming deployment.
In memory of Becky, the family asks that any financial contributions/donations should be sent to: Oconee County Schools P. O. Box 146 34 School St. Watkinsville, GA 30677-0146 -- Check Memo: Memory of RWQ - Dove Creek Elementary School Library. These donations will fund new books for Dove Creek Elementary School, due to open in the Fall of 2018, helping to alleviate the need to collect donated books from other schools; a cause Becky would be proud to support.
